Our Concrete Coating Process

1a. In person - Initial Contact and Consultation: We begin by getting in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for a free, in person consultation. Our team will visit your location to take accurate measurements and determine the condition of the concrete floor. This allows us to better understand your needs and discuss potential solutions.

1b. Online - You can simply send us your project with a couple pictures of your floor. Email or text pictures to polyproscoatings@gmail.com. We will determine the condition of the floor and send you a price based on the square footage you give us. If you like our price we will schedule an installation date convenient for you. Square footage is subject to confirmation upon arrival on install date.

2. Pricing and Scheduling: After gathering necessary information, we will provide you with a clear price estimate. If you agree with the price, we collect a 40% deposit (Cash, Check, Card, Zelle) and schedule a convenient installation date that works for you.

3. Installation and Payment: On installation day, our team arrives promptly to complete the job within the same day. Once the job is completed, we collect the remaining balance and ensure satisfaction with our service.

Our Pricing

At Poly Pros, our concrete coating service pricing is designed to be transparent and reflective of your specific needs. We base quotes on square footage and the condition of your concrete. Factors such as cracks or pitting will incur additional costs as we use Mendor (synthetic concrete) to address these issues. If epoxy or an old surface needs removal, this will also impact the final price, with detailed pictures provided for reference. Additionally, any vertical surfaces, like steps or walls, will be considered an add-on cost. We strive to offer fair and accurate pricing tailored to your project’s unique requirements.
