File a warranty claim
Something not right with a floor we put down? Tell us what you're seeing and send a few photos. It takes about five minutes, and it gets the right crew to you faster than a phone call.
- Step 1: Send the form. Your name, email and phone, a short description of the problem and a few clear photos. You're already in our system, so we don't need your whole job history.
- Step 2: We review the photos. Anything that looks like moisture, like bubbling or lifting, goes to the front of the line. Cosmetic spots get scheduled when a crew is working nearby.
- Step 3: We schedule the fix. We reach out with a time that works for you.
Photo tips
Send one wide photo that shows where the spot is on the floor, then two or three close-ups. Good light helps, so open the garage door or turn on the lights.
Warranty claim form
What the warranty covers
Our limited lifetime residential warranty covers peeling, chipping, blistering, discoloration, fading and delamination caused by installation or material defects, for as long as you own the home. Pool decks and open outdoor surfaces are covered for 3 years. Wood surfaces and cracks in the concrete aren't covered.
If the problem comes from damage we didn't cause, or the work falls outside the warranty, a small trip fee may apply. We'll tell you before we head out. Questions first? Read our floor coating FAQ.
